This stone has natural and earthy tones of cream and brown and will have beautiful marbling patterns that are unique to each piece.  It earned its name from the resemblance of a wild horse's coat, sometimes it is called Appaloosa stone.  No two stones are ever alike. Wild Horse is a rare stone found only in the desert regions of Arizona; it is not turquoise. It is formed in magnesium rich rocks where iron is present.  Wild Horse is treasured because it is said to bring balance, courage, and calm to the person wearing it. This stone is one of my favorites and so versatile to wear.
