Orders and Shipping

I do not produce mass made items therefore what is offered for rings, pendants, cuffs, etc are only offered in the size available posted on my site.

I do offer custom beaded items if at all possible. Please reach out to me and I am happy to work with you to make your vision or wish a reality!

Shipping-Your items should always ship out within 5-10 business days I ship with USPS. I charge a flat shipping rate for national and international orders.

I am not liable for packages that are delayed or lost in transit. Those are circumstances beyond my control. Once your items are in the hands of the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver. Please contact the USPS carrier directly regarding lost packages.

Returns & Refunds

I do not offer returns or exchanges but please contact me with any problems with your order and I will do my best to help you out.

Care Instructions

Sterling silver by nature will tarnish, this is a totally natural occurrence. You can easily restore the shine with a silver polishing cloth. Never use harsh chemicals or cleaners. Turquoise and gemstones are usually soft and somewhat porous, do not expose them to extreme heat or long exposure to water. Use a soft, microfiber cloth to gently clean them.
